Get Active!

I recently started running. I've run before, but I hadn't run for a long time. Let me tell you it is great. It is amazing how much better I feel after exercising for a while. I feel stronger, more energetic, and more focused. Exercise clears the mind allowing you to think better. Not only will you be healthier, but you'll feel better too.

Get out and get active!

I had not been riding my bike for a while but I too have picked that practice back up for about two weeks now. In the past, my goal was to ride 8 miles per day. Now I do not try to keep track of the miles, I just ride for one hour. As you stated, the exercise make you feel so refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead. That is why I ride early in the morning.
